Clean beauty products have been making a rise in popularity over the last few years. Since becoming pregnant, I’ve started paying a lot more attention to the products I use on my body. There are so many chemicals and ingredients included in our beauty products that can have horrible effects on our bodies and our children in the long run. While I haven’t gone completely clean yet and still have so much more to learn, I’ve started switching out many of my usual products for clean alternatives. Inkey List Oat Cleansing Balm
This is one of the best cleansing balms to use for my dry skin. The oatmeal helps soothe any irritation I might be having and it's super moisturizing! Sometimes, I'll leave the balm all over my face for 10 minutes as a moisturizing and soothing face mask. It's also really great at melting off makeup without leaving my skin feeling stripped and extra dry.
Versed Daily Brightening Moisturizer
With vitamin c and other skin brightening ingredients, this moisturizer has been my go-to on those days where I just don't feel like layering on a bunch of skincare products. It does so much in one step and it feels very nourishing on my skin!
Milk Makeup Hydro Grip Hydrating Primer
I've seen this primer all over TikTok and y'all, it lives up to the hype! It's the perfect first step in my makeup routine and keeps my skin looking juicy all day long.
Lawless Conseal the Deal Foundation
I was gifted this foundation a while ago from Powered by Hue and I am so grateful! This foundation is not only clean, but it lasts ALL DAY! It's lightweight yet still gives amazing coverage! Definitely a must have in your clean beauty collection!
Lawless Conseal the Deal Concealer
Just like the foundation, this concealer is lightweight but still gives me all the coverage I need. It brightens up my under eye circles from tossing and turning around this baby bump all night and makes me look well-rested.
Supergoop! (Re)Setting Powder
It's recommended to reapply SPF throughout the day, but when you have a full face of makeup, slathering on another layer of sunscreen seems a bit impractical. Well thank goodness for this setting powder with SPF! I use it to touch up my makeup throughout the day and get that extra SPF my skin needs to stay protected from those sun rays. My only qualm is that the shade range is very minimal, so hopefully the brand will come out with more shades of the powder so we all can enjoy it!
Milk Makeup Mini KUSH High Volumizing Mascara
I got this mascara a while ago in an Ipsy box and became obsessed! I didn't even realize it was a clean brand at first so it makes me feel even better wearing it so often! It's super volumizing with minimal clump so it's perfect for those light makeup days and those glam nights!
Method Body Wash Simply Nourish
I've been a Dove soap girly my entire life, but becoming pregnant opened me up to trying some cleaner alternatives. I was nervous because a lot of soaps and body washes cause my eczema to flair up, but this body wash has proven to be a great, skin-friendly shower staple. It smells AMAZING and my skin doesn't feel dry or stripped after showering. I think this may be my new favorite body wash, y'all! That says a lot since I've been using Dove for the entire 29 years of my life!

This feminine wash has been an essential in my routine for a few years now. It's clean, formulated for sensitive skin, and pregnancy-safe! It's also a black-owned, woman-owned company!
